The Orange County Commissioners Supporting Organization
presented checks countywide to pay for text books totaling
$168,771.50 disbursed in the following amounts:
$43,067.90 Todd Pritchett, Springs Valley Superintendent
$48,789.76 James Terrell, Orleans Superintendent
$76,913.84 Dr. Alva Sibbitt, Paoli Superintendent
The Orange County Commissioners Supporting Organization
pictured include: Frank Hall, Jim Mathers, Diane Dillard, Howard
Springer, Kevin Carnes, and John Anderson. Not pictured was
Bob Lindley, Kevin Street and Bill Tegarden.
In January the Supporting Organization will present the 3
schools with another allotment that will include second semester
class changes for students, and any unpaid difference coming
from the state for the free or reduced program.
