The Orange County Community Foundation reviews letters on a continuous basis.
Letters of inquiry may be submitted at any time during the year.

The Foundation considers letters of inquiry from nonprofit organizations whose
requests fall within the program criteria. When a letter of inquiry reflects most
closely the Orange County Community Foundation program priorities, the
committee may request a full proposal. Proposals should be submitted to the
Foundation only upon request.

-INVITED PROPOSALS-

If the project falls within the interest of the Orange County Community Foundation,
the applicant may be asked to submit a complete proposal.  Since the Orange
County Community Foundation receives more proposals than it can fund, the
applicant should not interpret such a request as an indication of likely support.
